Strategic Partnership Corporation is a design, build, finance, operation, and management firm based in Mississippi. We specialize in providing student housing to HBCUs, workforce housing in underserved communities, property management, and other municipal projects through a unique alternative delivery method called Public Private Partnerships (P3).  We also seek typical bank funded transactions as well as funding projects through grants and other budget appropriated funding.
